Ministerial Conferences
VASAB is a co-operation of ministers responsible for spatial planning and development of 7 countries of the Baltic Sea Region. The highest decision making body of VASAB is the Ministerial Conference. Ministerial Conferences are conveyed according to the need.
Since 1992 nine Ministerial Conferences have taken place:
- 1st Ministerial Conference, 20-21 August 1992, Karlskrona
- 2nd Ministerial Conference, 14-15 December 1993, Gdansk
- 3rd Ministerial Conference, 8-9 December 1994, Tallinn
- 4th Ministerial Conference, 22 October 1996, Stockholm
- 5th Ministerial Conference, 20-21 September 2001, Wismar
- 6th Ministerial Conference, 19 September 2005, Gdansk
- 7th Ministerial Conference, 16 October 2009, Vilnius
- 8th Ministerial Conference, 26 September 2014, Tallinn
- 9th Ministerial Conference, 2 June 2023, Wismar
