Procurement launched for report preparation: MSP and related instruments for climate neutrality (Baltic Sea & North Sea context)

Experts/consultants are invited to submit procurement proposals for preparing the report: “How Maritime Spatial Planning and Related Instruments Contribute to Climate Neutrality in the Baltic Sea Region.” The assignment aims to produce a comprehensive and policy-relevant report exploring how maritime spatial planning and related coastal and spatial planning instruments contribute to achieving climate neutrality in the Baltic Sea Region, with consideration of relevant developments in the North Sea.

The working language and the language of the final report are English.

  • All submissions must be submitted exclusively via the Electronic Procurement System (EIS.gov.lv).
  • Submission deadline: 20.03.2026, 10:00 EET (please note that submission via the system without prior identification cannot be completed in the last minutes before the deadline and consultants are kindly asked to explore the application system in a timely manner).
