Finland takes over VASAB Chairmanship
The VASAB Committee on Spatial Planning and Development of the Baltic Sea Region (VASAB CSPD/BSR) is chaired by Finland from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.   Ms. Anna-Leena Seppälä from the Finnish Ministry of the Environment will chair the VASAB CSPD/BSR meetings.

Join the Final Conference of the eMSP NBSR project!
Registration for the final conference of the eMSP NBSR project is now open, it will take place 31 January -1 February 2024 in Gdansk, Poland. Event "Enhancing MSP through Integration and Collaboration,  and Connecting MSP across the North Sea, Baltic Sea and Beyond" will introduce and discuss all results and achievements after 2,5 years of joint work.

The European Commission is organising the 2nd edition of the Our Baltic Conference in Palanga (Lithuania) on 29 September 2023. This high-level event will bring together ministers from the 8 EU countries surrounding the Baltic Sea (Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland and Sweden). VASAB is invited to give short presentation on VASAB Vision 2040 and the eMSP NBSR project.
