Ministerial Conferences
VASAB is a co-operation of ministers responsible for spatial planning and development of 10 countries of the Baltic Sea Region. The highest decision making body of VASAB is the Ministerial Conference. Ministerial Conferences are conveyed according to the need.
Since 1992 eight Ministerial Conferences have taken place:

- Tallinn, Estonia, 8-9 December 1994
- Stockholm, Sweden, 22 October 1996
- Wismar, Germany, 20 September 2001
- Gdansk, Poland, 19 September 2005
- Vilnius, Lithuania, 16 October 2009
